The Angel City Games is not just about athletes who are ready to compete for medals, but also about helping prepare the adaptive athletes of tomorrow. Sports clinics are perfect for new athletes who are exploring adaptive sports for the first time, or getting their first exposure to instruction from trained coaches, all in a fun and inclusive environment for participants of all ages and physical abilities.
Our Wheelchair Basketball Clinic features instruction in a variety of basketball skills, from shooting and passing, to defense and chair skills. The clinic will feature several stations and athletes will rotate across these stations for different instruction. This clinic is suited for any wheelchair athlete who wants to participate, regardless of age or skill level. Sports chairs will be available if needed. It will be held on Collins Court in the John Wooden Center.
Clinic Schedule: Friday June 21st, 9am-12pm on Collins Court in the John Wooden Center.
